CMScript 7 of 2016: Focus on Appendicitis
In this issue of CMScript we focus Appendicitis. Appendicitis affects both men and women, young and old and people from all racial backgrounds. It is thought that a westernized diet with less dietary fibre increases the risk of appendicitis developing. Longer stool transit times were attributed to increased incidence of appendicitis.
